Brittney was absolutely a God-send for us. We were first-time homebuyers looking for our forever home and very picky! We had the pleasure to work with Brittney Ferro on the sale of our 3000 sq ft+ hillside home in Ventura. The experience was nothing less than amazing. She brings the total package when representing: not just helping with things typically in an agent's scope, but also going out of her way to help us with staging, coordinating repairs, ordering supplies, and even helping find boxes in a pinch. Not surprisingly, she proved to be an excellent hand-holder, a brilliant negotiator on our behalf, and an expert at contract details. Though we were overjoyed when she sold our house, we were sad to no longer need her services. We had grown quite fond of this talented young woman.
